Shipping Policy: |

Shipping rates and taxes vary based on the item size, weight and also shipping to location. We strive to be fair in all of our charges in order to provide you with the best rates possible. The following outlines our policy:

Canadian Orders: |
are shipped via Expresspost and normally will take 1-3 business days to arrive. |
|
|
USA Orders: |
are shipped via Canada Post Airmail and will normally take 1-2 weeks to arrive |
|

International Orders: |
we will contact you with a quote |

Estimated shipping charges for Ontario, other Canadian Provinces and United States are shown for on our email order form when an item is selected. In most cases, this will be the actual shipping charge billed.
In special cases, where the actual shipping charge determined by the post office exceeds our estimate, you may be billed an additional charge for the difference.
For multiple item orders, we may bill you separately for the items and shipping. The first billing for the cost of the items and applicable taxes, the second for the actual shipping costs once determined by the post office.
If you have an account with a courier service (UPS, Fed-Ex, Purolator, etc.) and would prefer to use their services, please provide us with your account number when placing your order. |

The 8% Provincial Sales Tax is not charged for goods shipped to destinations outside of Ontario. (All Ontario orders are subject to PST) The 5% GST - Goods and Services Tax is not charged on goods shipped to destinations outside of Canada. (All Canadian orders are subject to GST) |

Customs Charges & Duty: |

USA and International orders may be subject to a Customs Inspection Fee. This inspection charge is the responsibility of the receiver.
Duties, if any, are also the responsibility of the receiver. Note that most Canadian made goods, and binoculars manufactured anywhere, enter the USA duty free. |
