Eric has been a valued member of the Pelee Wings team for the past eight years, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for the outdoors. Before joining us, Eric served as a Fishing Team Ambassador for Wilderness Systems. In that role, he represented the brand at fishing tournaments, hosted clinics and seminars right here at Pelee Wings, and trained our staff on the ins and outs of high-performance fishing kayaks. Since officially coming aboard, Eric has embraced nearly every facet of what Pelee Wings has to offer. He’s become a go-to expert in our optics and paddlesports departments, combining technical know-how with a sincere enthusiasm for helping customers find the right gear—whether it's their first pair of binoculars, a spotting scope upgrade, or a kayak that fits just right. When he’s not sharing his expertise with customers, Eric enjoys making the most of Ontario’s natural beauty. You’ll often find him out on the water with his wife and kids, fishing a quiet creek, or unwinding at the shooting range. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to talk gear, Eric brings a genuine passion for the outdoors to everything he does.

If you’ve ever rented a kayak or canoe, or popped into our gift shop at Point Pelee National Park for a snack or souvenir, chances are you’ve met Jenn! With her warm smile and passion for helping others, she goes out of her way to make sure every visitor has the best experience possible. When she’s not at the shop, you’ll find Jenn immersed in nature, camera in hand, capturing the beauty of the landscape as well as any wildlife that happens to cross her path. She has a deep appreciation for the trails at Point Pelee and never misses a chance to explore them. And when adventure calls, Jenn is more than ready to answer! Whether it’s chasing waterfalls across Ontario, discovering hidden gems, or enjoying quiet moments in nature, Jenn finds joy in every outdoor experience—and loves sharing that passion with others.

Van has been an integral part of the Pelee Wings team for nearly a decade. He first joined us by assisting with kayak training courses and group paddles, quickly establishing himself as a knowledgeable and reliable resource for both staff and guests alike. Van is not only an experienced and certified instructor, but also the go-to expert for paddle sports repairs—keeping our rental fleet in top shape and helping customers with everything from minor fixes to full outfitting solutions. Approachable, encouraging, and deeply committed to the paddling community, Van is one of the key reasons so many people come back to Pelee Wings year after year.

Luke is now in his second season at Pelee Wings, bringing energy, knowledge, and a deep love for all things water. A passionate kayak angler and recent graduate of Brock University’s Sports Management program, Luke was also a dedicated member—and later Captain—of Brock’s varsity swimming team, as well as a coach for Brock Niagara Swimming. Here at the shop, Luke has taken on guiding group paddles, supporting our paddling courses, and helping customers choose the right gear with confidence. Whether he's sharing tips on casting from a kayak or chatting about local paddling routes, Luke’s enthusiasm is unmistakable—especially when the conversation drifts toward the water, where he feels most at home.

Bailey is the newest addition to the Pelee Wings team, joining us this season with a contagious enthusiasm and a natural gift for connecting with people. Friendly, outgoing, and always curious, Bailey brings a well-rounded knowledge of the natural world—paired with a genuine love for fishing and spending time on the water. Since coming on board, he’s embraced every opportunity to learn more about sport optics and paddle sports, while also lending a hand on our kayak training courses and guided paddles. Whether he's chatting with customers or out on the lake, Bailey’s passion for the outdoors shines through in everything he does.
